What's covered
Your installation includes a two-year workmanship warranty, plus any applicable manufacturer warranties on the materials. The full terms will be included in the agreement if you move forward.

What to know before we start
Site preparation and homeowner responsibilities
The homeowner establishes grade and fence lines and identifies underground sprinklers or private utilities before work begins.
Exclusions
Grading, surveying, obstruction removal, permits, and licenses are excluded unless added to the agreement in writing.
Payment and scheduling
A 10% deposit reserves the project. The remaining balance is due at completion after the final walkthrough. Installation dates are confirmed after acceptance and deposit. The prices shown include all applicable sales tax. There are no additional charges beyond the total shown.
Acceptance and cancellation
Your signed contractor agreement contains the complete acceptance and California cancellation language. Reviewing this proposal or contacting MVP Fencing does not sign a contract or submit payment.
